Why list-size tools may not move
Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Kit, and Klaviyo charge mainly for how many people are on your list, not how many times you email them. If you keep 2,500 contacts and only raise campaigns to 2×, those tools stay near the same monthly fee — while MailShrine and Brevo move because they follow 5,000 emails sent.
