Mailshrine provides email marketing and campaign management services. We offer various credit packages that allow you to send emails to your subscribers. Credits are purchased as needed and do not expire unless otherwise stated.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
All activities that occur under your account
Ensuring that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws and regulations
Obtaining proper consent from recipients before sending marketing emails
Complying with anti-spam laws including CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and other relevant regulations

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Mailshrine's services to:

Send spam, unsolicited, or illegal emails
Send emails containing malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Impersonate another person or entity
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

6. Payment and Refunds

All credit purchases are final. Credits are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but price changes will not affect credits already purchased.
